I built Ch8sing Waterfalls from one healing hike into 90+ restorative events, partnerships, and community impact—and along the way, I created the systems, workflows, and communications strategies that now power my clients’ success.
After stepping away from hospital leadership to care for family, I realized the operational expertise I’d honed for decades could help mission‑driven leaders reclaim clarity, structure, and time.
