Deborah McGlawn is the Founding Executive Director of Ch8sing Waterfalls, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Black and Brown women through nature, healing, and sisterhood. A career medical professional with nearly two decades of experience, Deborah brings clinical precision and compassionate leadership into every initiative she builds.
She is the Founder of Euneeda Concierge, providing executive-level virtual support for founders, clinicians, and nonprofits, ensuring they can lead with clarity while she manages the operational backbone of their work.
Deborah is also the creator of Ch8se Chats in Choppa, a live, in-vehicle podcast filmed in her Jeep Wrangler Sahara, where she spotlights entrepreneurs, brands, and community leaders, bridging visibility, storytelling, and economic empowerment.
Her work has earned national recognition, including a Bronze Anthem Awards, the Weight Watchers Wellness Impact Award, and the REI Cooperative Action Fund Grant. She has led partnerships with Columbia Sportswear, Merrell, and GirlTrek, among others.
Deborah is a featured speaker, author, and media personality, appearing on platforms such as Tastemade’s Beyond the Block and multiple national publications. She is also the recipient of the May Week Community Award from the Stone Mountain-Lithonia Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., honoring her contributions to physical and mental health.
